Abstract
The core of eco-economic development is to apply the principle of ecology to planning and construction, to improve the sustainable development mode, and to realize the organic combination of artificial environment and natural environment. This paper discusses the planning of ecological economic development in Puyang River through the current advantages of Puyang River.
